1. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

• Identification of the Work: A link or detailed description of the original copyrighted work.
• Infringing Location: The specific URL(s) on our site where the material is located.
• Contact Info: Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• Accuracy Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.
• Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Our Response to Takedown Notices
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Stylishher will:
• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the content provider that the material has been removed.
• Maintain an internal record of the notice and action taken.
3. DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a Counter-Notice to [email protected] including your contact info, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury regarding the mistake.
Valid counter-notices may result in the restoration of content within 10–14 business days unless a court action is filed.
Legal Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for damages, including legal costs and attorneys’ fees.
