Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 6 hours of purchase. Email us at [email protected] immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Q: Will I be charged immediately?
Yes. Payment is captured at the time of checkout to secure your jewelry selection.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Q: What are the shipping rates and delivery times?
• Shipping Fee: $6.99 Flat Rate.
• Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
• Transit Time: 3–5 business days from shipment.
• Total Delivery: 4–7 business days estimated.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return window?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of confirmed delivery.
Q: Which items are eligible for return?
Jewelry must be unworn, in original packaging (boxes/pouches), and with tags attached. Personalized/engraved items and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return.
Q: Who covers return shipping costs?
Stylishher covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
4. Jewelry Details
Q: Are the jewelry colors accurate in photos?
We strive for 100% accuracy. However, slight variations in luster and color may occur due to screen calibration and lighting.
Q: How should I choose my ring size?
