1. Return Window & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must meet the following criteria:
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• Packaging: Must include all original Stylishher boxes, pouches, and tags.
• Hygiene: Items must be free of perfumes, lotions, or signs of wear.
• Non-Returnable: Personalized/engraved jewelry and “Final Sale” items cannot be returned unless defective.

3. How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
Step 3: Once authorized, you will receive instructions and the return address.
Step 4: Ship the item back. After inspection (within 2 business days), we will notify you of the approval/rejection.
4. Refunds & Processing
• Method: Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method.
• Timeline: Processing takes 5–7 business days. Bank posting times may vary.
• Original Shipping: The $6.99 shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the damaged jewelry and the outer packaging.
We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for you at no extra cost.
