2. Processing & Transit Times
Every piece of jewelry undergoes a final quality check before leaving our facility.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) Mon-Fri begin processing the same day. Orders after this time or on weekends process the next business day.
Handling Time: Standard processing takes 1 – 2 business days. During peak seasons, this may vary slightly.
Transit Time: Once handed to the carrier, domestic orders typically take 3 – 7 business days to arrive.

4. Tracking Your Order
Transparency is key. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time on the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues
• Missing Items: We may ship items separately if they come from different fulfillment centers. If an item is missing from your complete order, contact us immediately.
• Incorrect Address: We can update the address if the order hasn’t shipped. If the package is dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot retrieve it. Re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged Transit: If your jewelry box arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us immediately to resolve the issue per our Return Policy.
