2. Eligibility to Use the Website

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your place of residence.

If you are using the website on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on their behalf.

You may use our website only for lawful personal shopping, product research, account management, and customer support purposes.

We may correct an obvious pricing, product, inventory, or technical error before shipment.

If an order is affected by a material error, we will contact you and provide a reasonable option to confirm the corrected order or receive a cancellation and refund.

Any refund for an order canceled because of our error will be issued to the original payment method.

If a captured payment is associated with an order that is canceled, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

The confirmation indicates that we received your order. The order remains subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, fraud review, address verification, and these Terms & Conditions.

A shipping confirmation indicates that the order has been prepared and transferred or scheduled for transfer to the carrier.

11. Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, cancellation, failed delivery, or additional reshipping costs.

12. Shipping

Stylishher currently ships only to valid addresses within the United States.

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD applies to eligible orders.

Normal handling time is 1–2 business days, and estimated carrier transit time is 2–4 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control. Additional details are provided in our Shipping Policy.

13. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement.

Requests may include:

• Order cancellation.
• Shipping address correction.
• Product color or style change.
• Quantity adjustment.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or is transferred to USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Full details are provided in our Cancel or Change Order Policy.

14. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

Products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original tags, accessories, and packaging.

All return requests must follow the authorization process described in our Return & Refund Policy.

15. Return Shipping and Fees

Stylishher does not charge a restocking fee or separate return handling fee for eligible returns.

For change-of-mind returns:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• The original $6.99 shipping fee is non-refundable.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Stylishher will provide an appropriate return or refund solution at no additional cost to the customer.

16. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Stylishher normally initiates an approved refund within 5 business days.

PayPal, the card issuer, or the financial institution may require an additional 2–5 business days to display the refund in the customer’s account.

17. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their orders after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For visible shipping damage, we recommend reporting the issue within 48 hours of delivery and including photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

This reporting recommendation does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

18. Accounts and Passwords

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity performed through your account.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
